APPOINTMENTS

We carefully schedule SMILEWORKS appointments so we can give you our full attention. Please make sure to be on time — treatments will end at the scheduled time so as to accommodate the next guest’s experience.

24 hour notification is required for all cancellations.

If you are a new patient, you should plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment — we’d like to get to know you before your treatment, so please be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your dental or skin care history, as well as any medical conditions. Please note: For some of our MedSpa therapies, we advise against combination with prescribed or over-the-counter exfoliants.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon time of service. We accept cash, checks and Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as many dental insurance plans. Affordable financing options are also available. Gift certificates may be used toward any dental service, skin care product or MedSpa service; they are not redeemable for cash.

AVAILABILITY

Early morning, lunchtime and evening appointments are available, as well as emergency hours if needed.
